Delicious Desserts for Weight Loss

Posted by missoptimizer on September 12, 2007

Who says you need to give up your favorite desserts in order to stay in a good shape?

Here are a few tips that may help you keep a balance between your figure and your appetite for sweets:

Foams
Foams are based on white of an egg with fat-free cheese, gelatin, and may also contain fresh or frozen fruits, fruit juice, vanilla, chocolate, coffee, or tea.

Puddings
Try to prepare your puddings with low-fat mils, eggs, and natural aromas, vanilla, coffee, chocolate, caramel, strawberries, or lemon. You may replace sugar or fructose with a synthetic sweetens whose sweet savory resists to high temperatures.

Tarts
You may enjoy the savory of tarts if you replace butter with margarine, white flour with whole flour, and white sugar with fructose.

Meringues
Meringues contain white of an egg and completely lack fats. The sugar is the single danger for your figure, but it may be replaced with fructose or sweetens.

Charlottes
Charlottes based on fruits, eggs, and fructose. If you pay attention to the amount of fructose, you may have a juicy dessert, with reasonable amounts of calories.

Sherbets
Water, fruits, fructose and it`s ready: a delicious cup with dessert with up to fifty calories, depending on the sweeten used.

Semolina and rice cookies
When you feel the urge to eat cookies, choose those made of whole grains, low-fat milk, and fructose.

Stewed and frozen fruits are also a good option for a healthy dessert.

7 Reasons to Never Retire

Posted by missoptimizer on August 25, 2007

Retirement is not necessary a good thing, so here are seven reasons to not retire.

1. Mentally Active: Almost every doctor agrees that staying mentally active is extremely important especially for senior citizens. It is believed that being mentally active prevents and/or delays several mental illnesses, such as Alzheimer’s Disease.

2. Physically Active: Just like the previous reason, staying physically active is extremely important for staying healthy and living a long life. As the old saying goes, “use it or lose it”.

3. Money: The most common reason for not retiring is not being able to afford it. Even though a lot of people have pensions, social security checks, and 401Ks, a lot of people still can not afford to quit working.

4. Medical Insurance: Similarly to the previous issue, medical insurance is a big reason for staying employed. If you live in the United States, then your medical insurance is very expensive especially if you try to retire early.

5. Economy: Today’s economy is facing a shortage of skilled workers, especially with the Baby Boom Generation soon to retire in large numbers.

6. Marriage: Let’s face reality. Can your marriage hold up if both you and your spouse are both at home all of the time?

7. Something To Do: Nothing is more boring than retiring with nothing to do. Whether it is working at work, teaching, babysitting grandchildren, or starting a new hobby, never stop doing something. Doing something adds meaning and happiness to one’s life that can not found elsewhere.

  • Fear of conflict: To some degree, we all fear having an argument.
  • Fear of punishment: When growing up, how often did we lie about how well we did in school, or who started a fight? How often do we cover up our mistakes and transgressions?

Digg For SEO Only!

Posted by missoptimizer on August 12, 2007

There are thousands if not millions of web pages, articles, blogs, and news sites that discuss and share tips, advice, and news about Search Engine Optimization. To learn about Search Engine Optimization, one would search for information, read books, and talk to others in the field. However, this can be a very time consuming process, having to filter through all of the information.
One major downside to the process of learning about Search Engine Optimization is having to rely on information sources. One could easily be misinformed about strategies, with the possibility of penalties. It is important to realize what is good information (also known as White Hat SEO), and what is bad information (also known as Black Hat SEO), and the difference is everything.

A person learning about Search Engine Optimization could easily learn and apply Black Hat SEO strategies without even knowing it. The results can range from penalties, to black listing. Either of them could cripple a website.

SEO tagg

SEO TAGG allows users to submit anything from editorial stories and/or urls, to Search Engine Optimization information and content. The benefit of using SEO TAGG is that every submission goes through a process of being published, and Voted on (also known as Tagged). This means that the best information will receive the highest position on SEO TAGG.

As Search Engine Optimization professionals and experienced persons read the submissions, they can Tagg it to confirm that the information is true, and is good practice. Otherwise, if not Tagged, the information will get buried and removed. Just one of the purposes of SEO TAGG is to eliminate bad Black Hat SEO information, and help others avoid the penalties and negative impacts of bad practice.

Another benefit for the users that submit content, is that SEO TAGG offers a 50/50 Adsense Revenue Share! This means that anyone with an Adsense account can provide their Public ID toSEO TAGG in their profile, and any submissions made by that user will receive 50% ad views on their pages, resulting in revenue in their Adsense account for as long as the submission exists. This could be a great income stream for users who help others by sharing great content.

Finally, the end result is truly a win-win situation for everyone. Inexperienced Search Engine Optimization amateurs have a place to learn the best information, and the professionals can earn revenue for doing a good thing and sharing good content. The best of all worlds, and in turn could ultimately create a ripple that will help clean up search engine results and make it easier for surfers to find what they’re looking for.
